This document constitutes the legal agreement governing all purchases made from Truth Sider. Please review it carefully before completing your order.

Scope & Agreement

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all offers, sales, and purchases of products and/or services ("Products") from (Truth Sider.inc) ("we", "us", "our") through the website (Truth Sider). By placing an order for Products, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and that you accept and are bound by these Terms.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. We may accept or decline your offer at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Unavailability of the Product.
Errors in the description or price of the Product.
Detection of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

An order is not considered accepted by us until you receive a formal order confirmation email. We will notify you if your order is canceled.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling; these will be added to your total at checkout.

Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

For Physical Products: We will arrange for shipment of the Products to you. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

For Digital Products: Delivery will be made electronically, typically via a secure download link or access to a members' area. You are responsible for having the necessary technology to access these Products.

Return & Refund Policy

Our policies differ based on Product type. Please review carefully:

Physical Products: Returns are accepted for unopened, unused Products within [e.g., 30] days of delivery. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Digital Products: Due to their immediate and irrevocable nature, all sales of digital Products are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital Product has been downloaded or accessed.

To initiate a return for a physical Product, please contact us for a return authorization number.

License for Digital Products

When you purchase a digital Product, you are not buying ownership of the Product itself, but rather a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of the State of California.
